陳雅恩 (Ada Chan)
陳雅恩(Ada) 修讀完澳洲新英格蘭大學 (UNE) 榮譽學士 (主修專業溝通、商業管理) 後，再在香港大學修畢圖書館及資訊管理碩士。她擁有超過二十年圖書館工作經驗，曾在多間大學圖書館擔任助理圖書館館長，對資訊素養、書籍採購、電子書管理，具有豐富經驗及知識。目前是美國圖書館協會（ALA）國際會員。
她出席及學習有關品格教育課程(Character First Teacher Orientation Seminar)，對兒童教學產生濃厚興趣，特別關注建立孩童品格。因此，近年積極鑽研兒童教育心理學、NLP身心語言程式學、品格教育及繪本教學等。已獲得教育心理學文憑(兒童學習與成長)，現為註冊(NLP)身心語言程式學高級執行師(ABNLP)，並正修讀NLP導師級課程。

Character First Educational Instructor - Ada Chan
Ms. Ada Chan obtained her Bachelor degree from University of New England (UNE, Australia) with a major in Professional Communication and Business Management. She completed her Master of Science in Library and Information Management at University of Hong Kong. She has over 20 years working experiences in the librarianship. She had been served in different University Libraries. As an Assistant Librarian, she has excellent experience and knowledge in Information Literacy, subscription of printed materials, electronic resources etc. She is currently International member of the American Library Association (ALA)
Several years ago, she has attended the Character First Teacher Orientation Seminar organized by certified education facilitator. After that, she is interested in child education, specially focus on developing the good characters for child. She learnt Educational Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Character First Education and illustrated teaching. Now, she obtained a Diploma in Educational Psychology (Children Learning and Growth), also certified NLP Master Practitioner (ABNLP). Recently, she is studying NLP trainer course.
Besides, she has served as an educational instructor for primary school students. She has been designed and implemented the courses by herself. There are three major areas of teaching: picture book teaching, character teaching, and NLP skills. At the end of the course, it has not only improved the self-confidence of students, but also made remarkable progress in their character and communication skills.
Ada is convinced that if parents can strengthen their emphasis on nurturing their children's character and self-care ability, give their children an opportunity to learn to establish a "good character." The future of the child will be full of positive energy and move towards brightly.
